In June of 2006 we had a transmission failure in our motorhome while traveling through Michigan into Ohio. We had a transmission repair in a shop in Toledo, Ohio. Unfortunately it failed again in December and Bradshaw's completed the transmission repair under the ATRA Nationwide Warranty. Now the automatic transmission works better than it has since we purchased our motorhome. Excellent job! We also had them perform a transmission service on our Buick Park Avenue and again received excellent service at a reasonable cost. Keep up the good work

Bradshaw's Transmission Annex is tops with me. They took the time when they were closing to help me when I had just broke down in front of their shop during rush hour traffic. My transmission was diagnosed and fixed the next day for less money than they had quoted me. I hope you enjoyed the cookies, Thanks for a job very well done.

Jason and the entire staff went out of their way to accommodate me on all levels. Not only was the quality of the work excellent, they went way out of their way to explain the issues with the transmission, put me in contact with the rental car agency, return my car to me in the time frame promised, and they did all of this at a fair price. Best of all they informed me that in addition to their transmission facility, Bradshaw’s also has an auto shop on Hawthorne Blvd. In the future I will be using your facility for general auto repair and maintenance also. Dear Friends at Bradshaw's, I wanted to thank you for doing an excellent transmission rebuild for me when I was in a difficult situation. Being on the road 700 miles from home is tough enough, but to have your transmission fail along the way adds a level of stress that's almost overwhelming. I was on the way to Portland, Oregon from Idaho for a church conference and had to be at events at a certain time and then out of town again in just a few days. You guys were great! My transmission failed 12 days before vacation and needed a transmission rebuild. I spoke over the phone and was told they could do it on Monday and I'd have it back no later then Thursday. Bradshaw's Transmission Annex was right on the money on everything we spoke about. Their service was excellent. I appreciate their honesty, accuracy and the work performed on my truck. We have had work done on our 1966 Ford Mustang restoration from Bradshaw's Transmission Annex. They do excellent work and would recommend them highly. Jason is very professional with excellent follow through and great knowledge of the automobile repair industry. We are totally pleased with the transmission overhaul and rear differential rebuild that they did for us.

The morning after my husband and I arrived in Portland from Reno our transmission went out. The entire transmission/clutch system required replacement before we could drive our Acura MDX (2001) safely. After searching the internet for several hours, we concluded that Bradshaw's Transmission was the best place to go (they do have an A+ with the BBB). Jason made us a priority even though we were not from town and would be much less able to refer others to him as easily as someone local. He was able to get the transmission rebuilt in the promised time, even better than the manufacturers (it was a bad transmission year for the MDX). We now get even better gas milage and the transmission is working wonderfully 10,000 miles later. Thank you!!
